These Terms of Service govern your use of Shreekama Studio's services, located at Shop No. 65, Ground Floor, Paras One33, Sector 133, Noida, UP – 201304. By placing a stitching order or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Stitching Orders

All orders are confirmed after measurements are taken and a price quote is agreed upon. Work begins only after your explicit approval of the design, fabric, and price. We do not begin stitching without written or verbal confirmation from you.

Pricing & Payments

Prices quoted before work begins are final and will not change at delivery, unless you request design changes after work has started. We accept cash and UPI payments. An advance may be required for bridal and trousseau orders.

Delivery & Timelines

Delivery dates are confirmed at the time of order. We honour our committed delivery dates. In rare cases of delay (fabric issues, illness), we will notify you promptly via WhatsApp. Rush orders may attract an express charge, confirmed upfront.

Fit Guarantee & Alterations

All stitching comes with our Perfect Fit Guarantee — if your garment does not fit correctly at delivery, we will re-alter it at no extra charge. This applies to all pieces in your order. The guarantee covers fit alterations only, not design changes made after delivery.

Customer-Supplied Fabric

We accept customer-supplied fabric for all services. Shreekama Studio is not responsible for fabric defects, pre-existing damage, or shrinkage. We will inform you of any concerns about your fabric before beginning work.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before stitching begins with a full refund of any advance. Once stitching has started, cancellations are not accepted. In case of any issue, please contact us directly — we will work to resolve it.

Intellectual Property

Design sketches, patterns, and photographs created by Shreekama Studio remain our property. You are welcome to photograph your finished garments for personal use.

Limitation of Liability

Shreekama Studio's liability is limited to the value of the stitching order placed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
