About the Role
Shreekama is looking for a confident and charismatic Fashion Model to represent our luxury women’s wear collections including lehengas, gowns, sarees, and couture ensembles. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, understand poses, expressions, and body movement, and adapt to styling directions that reflect our premium brand tone. This role will involve regular photoshoots, reels, live model videos, etc.
Responsibilities
- Model for photoshoots, video shoots, reels, lookbooks, and campaigns across e-commerce, social media, and advertising.
- Showcase products such as lehengas, gowns, sarees, party wear, and western wear with graceful posture, movement, and expression.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and styling teams to deliver brand-aligned poses, gestures, and on-camera presence.
- Participate in live shopping recordings or live stream sessions when required.
- Take direction during shoots and provide feedback or creative suggestions when appropriate.
Requirements
- Prior modeling experience is preferred but freshers with confidence and camera presence are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of posture, expressions, posing, and overall presentation.
- Comfortable modeling both ethnic and western outfits; bridal or editorial modeling experience is a plus.
- Good on-camera movement skills (walking shots, twirl shots, and reel-style transitions).
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Height preference: 5’6” and above.
- Ability to travel for shoots or events when required.
Boutique Tailor

We are seeking an experienced Boutique Tailor to join our team at Shreekama, Sector 133, Noida. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cutting, stitching and altering women’s garments, especially ethnic and bridal wear, with precision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Stitch and finish custom garments including lehengas, gowns, and sarees.
- Perform alterations and fittings as per client requirements.
- Handle delicate fabrics with care and maintain garment quality.
- Ensure high standards of craftsmanship and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on in market sourcing, product selection, and execution, with a strong understanding of trends, fabrics, and commercial performance.
Responsibilities
Sourcing
• Source women’s garments from key apparel markets in India.
• Identify trend-relevant styles, fabrics, colors, and embellishments aligned with brand positioning.
• Onboard and manage vendor relationships, including price negotiations, MOQs, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate sampling, approvals, and revisions to meet quality and design standards.
• Monitor vendor performance with respect to quality, timelines, and consistency.
Merchandising
• Execute product selection, assortment planning, and range building across categories.
• Ensure an optimal size, color, and price mix aligned with sales strategy.
• Ensure target margins and pricing benchmarks are achieved.
• Coordinate with inventory, operations, and marketing teams to support timely launches and stock readiness.
Requirements
• Graduate or diploma in Fashion, Textiles, Merchandising, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in women’s apparel sourcing and/or merchandising.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fits, and embellishments.

- Produce and edit videos, ads and product showcases (including VFX/animations) for social and e-commerce.
- Build simple 3D product models/visuals and integrate them into motion content.
- Plan and schedule digital content; assist in campaigns, asset management and basic analytics.
